We had an exciting week for Halloween. After two Halloween parties and trick-or-treating, I think we sufficiently celebrated the holiday. (Though the boys don't agree and want to know when we're going again!) Here are our Fireman, Thomas, and skeleton:
I have to share last year's picture too - as it always makes me laugh. The boys didn't have a clue as to what we were getting ready to head out for - so they're not even slightly excited. Also, Doodle #3 was fascinated by the fireman coat and wouldn't stop touching it - much to his brother's delight! LOL! (Doodle #3 was equally as fascinated with the camera! Didn't he do a great 'deer monkey-in-the-headlights' impression?!)
On the quilting front, the deadlines for the Secret Santa Christmas Swap and the Totebag swap are closing in. I'm happy to say, I'm making great progress and, barring any catastrophies, will have my swaps ready to mail on time. I have the top completed for the Santa swap - will start sandwiching and quilting it during my next craft night. The totebag has only three steps between it and completion. My ornaments and other goodies are ready to go. Having these deadlines has helped me figure out how to fit in crafting time, so I actually have hope that I'll continue to make time for crafting. The hardest part will be figuring out what to do next! Whatever it turns out to be, it will be great to be able to share photos again!
