It's giveaway time! I've put everyone's email addresses into a numbered list and called upon Random.org to pick our winner. And the winner is...

You are so very right...no angel collection is complete w/o a cat. cwhippc@aol.com

Congrats Charlene! I'll be emailing for your address. Thanks, everyone, for stopping by and playing along! Hopefully, like me, you made new friends and found new blogs to follow.

Here's my quilt share for the day:

This mini-wallhanging is the result of a row-by-row swap. I created my row and then sent it on to the next person on the list along with extra material. We had eight gals in our group and ended up with eight great wallhangings! This swap was from the pre-blog, on-line quilting world that I was involved in before my quilting break that started in '05. I think I have a couple more exchange quilts to put together, but haven't gotten that far in becoming re-acquainted with my stash!

I was able to spend some alone time with Doodle #1 yesterday - finger painting his ornament sheet. He's our tactile man - more interested in the feel of the paint on/between his fingers than actually getting the paint spread out on the paper (you'll notice the paint up to his knuckles). He's also my "goober" son, who I have to catch by surprise with my camera to get a real smile! His fascination with all things tactile makes for some interesting mealtimes!
